Customers eligible for benefits (having previously received a letter from their CAF) must indicate this when making their pre-booking by phone so that the campsite can verify the availability of funds and therefore the possibility of applying the assistance. They must then enter their CAF beneficiary number in the section of the contract provided for this purpose.

In accordance with the general terms and conditions established by VACAF:

– At least one eligible adult and one eligible child must be present during the stay. If this condition is not met upon the client's arrival, VACAF assistance cannot be applied and the client will be required to pay the amount corresponding to the applicable discount.
– The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit by the campsite.
– The required deposit of 25% is calculated on the total price of the stay unless the VACAF contribution exceeds 70% of the total (in which case the client will only pay the remaining portion).
– The invoice must include the name and contact details of the beneficiary
beneficiary of the aid.
– The assistance is provided only for the persons and the duration covered, any accompanying persons and/or additional nights are therefore entirely at the client's expense.
– The amount of aid is always deducted when the balance is paid.
– It is not possible to combine two subsidies for the same accommodation. In the case of two families receiving subsidies, the campsite will offer to book two accommodations in order to apply both subsidies, or only the more advantageous of the two subsidies for the client will be applied.

In case of cancellation, the applicable fees are those mentioned in paragraph 7 of these general booking conditions.
